Once an item is used, unfortunately, it can not be returned or exchanged. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to make an exchange.

We can only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. When exchanges are needed for the same item:

• Include your order number and a photo/video of the defective product 
• We will provide a return label or you can ship your item(s) to Levels 2 Skin, 830 Glenwood Ave SE, Suite 510-209, Atlanta, GA 30316, United States
• If a refund is requested for an incorrect, defective or damaged item, customer service will initiate the refund. Refunds can take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
